Our servers are setup so that they generate revenue and run at peak performance. To do this we run our servers at 45-65% capacity, this reduces the load, therefore increasing performance. Unlike other hosting companies that will pack their servers full, we concentrate more on maintaining performance and less on maximizing the revenue generated per server.

Yes, you may resell a subdomain. Yes, create this subdomain in WebHost Manager. Type subdomain.yourdomain.com as the domain name. Then assign the package.

Can a subdomain have a Control Panel / FTP Account?

Yes, see above. Create this account in WHM, this account will then have FTP access to that subdomain.

Can I start out on a small reseller plan and later move into a managed server plan?

Yes, you can easily move from one plan to another plan without any downtime.

I'm not receiving email, what can I do to correct the problem?

Please make sure that your mailservers are correct (mail.yourdomain.com), double check your username and password. If these are correct, go to your WHM and restart the Exim mail server. If you have Spam Assassin enabled, disable it. If you're still having problems please contact support.
